Hi, I'm Stefan Strydom.
I'm an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Researcher and Actuary with a special interest in developing small, efficient AI models. I spent the last seven years helping healthcare organisations solve complex problems with Mast Analytics, the consultancy that I co-founded in 2018 and which sunsetted in June 2025. I hold an MSc in Computer Science and is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
